California Translator Sale Fetches $25,000

RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY, INC. is selling FM translator K293AW/EL PASO DE ROBLES, CA to SAN LUIS OBISPO BROADCASTING, INC. for $25,000.

Also changing hands, according to an FCC filing, is control of EMMANUEL FULL GOSPEL MINISTRIES, licensee of low power FM WQXD-LP/ATHENS, AL, with JAMES and CAROL HENDERSON transferring their 50% interest to DAVID R. CARNEY and Dr. JOSEPH W. HOLMES, who previously held 50%.  CARNEY and HOLMES will each hold 50% after the deal is consummated.  The transfer is due to the HENDERSONS, who remain directors of the church, recusing themselves from all matters affecting the LPFM.
