ARISTA/NASHVILLE star BRAD PAISLEY who has been regrouping after the flooding devastation and loss in NASHVILLE that hit MAY 3rd, the day his rehearsals were supposed to start, will kick off his 2010 H2O WORLD TOUR this weekend. The first shows will be in VIRGINIA BEACH on FRIDAY (05/21), and WASHINGTON, D.C. on SATURDAY, MAY 22nd.
The H2O WORLD TOUR will hit more than 75 cities in the U.S., CANADA and EUROPE over the next 12 months. CAPITOL/NASHVILLE artist DARIUS RUCKER and VALORY MUSIC CO./NASHVILLE's JUSTIN MOORE will join BRAD as his special guests each night.
It was not until MAY 7th that BRAD was able to gain access to the storage area that housed his gear and instruments, staging, lighting etc. After assessing the loss, he was able to get into another rehearsal hall and start rehearsing for the upcoming tour.
“When I finally walk out onstage in VIRGINIA BEACH on the first date of the H2O tour -- no need to point out the irony, thank you -- it will mean so much to all of us than any other tour we’ve ever done. Or probably ever will. I will stand up there more thankful than I’ve ever been for the people in the audience, the band at my back, the crew that makes it happen and the town I’ve never been prouder to represent,” said PAISLEY.
