Salamone Named GM In Yakima

GAPWEST BROADCASTING has named CHERYL SALAMONE as GM of its YAKIMA, WA cluster, reports the YAKIMA HERALD. SALAMONE, who managed the same six-station cluster in 2000-2004 when it was owned by CLEAR CHANNEL, replaces DAVID ROEDERER, who exited in APRIL.

The cluster includes Active Rock KATS, Country KDBL (92.9 THE BULL), Top 40 KFFM, Talk KIT-A, Hot AC/'80s-'90s KQMY (MY 99.3) and Classic Country KUTI-A.
