Re-Tune Nashville Launched To Aid Uninsured Musicians

NASHVILLE photographer SHERI O’NEAL and various members of the music and arts community in NASHVILLE have announced the launch of ReTUNE NASHVILLE, a non-profit organization offering relief to uninsured musicians in the industry through the sale of artwork created from flood damaged musical instruments.
“Just days following the flood, I saw a picture of a guitar that was being discarded in the trash, and I had this idea to turn it into art,” said O’NEAL The next morning, she sent out an email to 50 friends and in just a few hours, her idea had gone viral, reaching thousands of music and art professionals throughout NASHVILLE.
