NORTHEAST GOSPEL BROADCASTING, INC. is selling FM translator W291BY/TROY, NY to ANASTOS MEDIA GROUP, INC. for $30,000. ANASTOS will rebroadcast News WUAM-A/WATERVLIET-ALBANY, which airs the audio of TIME WARNER's YNN CAPITAL REGION cable news channel, on the translator.

JONES is transferring 50% of her 100% interest in LENDSI RADIO, LLC, licensee of Oldies WVBG-F/REDWOOD-VICKSBURG, MS to MARCUS D, JONES for forgiveness of debt.
