CMA Files Temporary Restraining Order Against Vendors With Counterfeit Merchandise

The NASHVILLE POST is reporting that the CMA (COUNTRY MUSIC ASSOCIATION) has filed a suit in U.S. DISTRICT COURT to keep vendors from selling counterfeit T-shirts and other merchandise using the CMA MUSIC FESTIVAL trademark and logos. The CMA is seeking damages, a temporary restraining order, a permanent injunction and a court order enabling law enforcement officers to seize counterfeit merchandise on sale during this week’s festival.
