REPUBLIC/NASHVILLE group ELI YOUNG BAND performed to a crowd of 20,000 paid ticket holders at LONESTAR PARK in DALLAS on FRIDAY (6/11). The band had only booked the show just nine days prior, with no supporting acts on the bill, after the COUNTRY THROWDOWN tour had cancelled the DALLAS date.
MIKE ELI said: “We knew we were taking a risk booking a show with only nine days notice. It was incredible to walk out onto the stage and see 20,000 fans waiting for us. It was a great night!”
The group flew out of DALLAS the next morning to re-join the COUNTRY THROWDOWN tour for performances in SALT LAKE CITY and DENVER. This week they’ll be making stops across the state of CALIFORNIA, in BAKERSFIELD, IRVINE and SAN FRANCISCO.
