The FCC has proposed a $12,500 fine against NATIONAL FARMWORKERS SERVICE CENTER for underwriting rules violations at noncommercial Spanish Variety KUFW (RADIO CAMPESINA)/WOODLAKE, CA-VISALIA.
The station admitted that it had aired impermissible commercial advertisements in 2006 for MARIO'S AUTO SALES, BIG BRAND TIRE and MUEBLERIA LA TAPATIA. Four ads for the three clients ran over 2,000 times on the station.
