Court Orders JPMorgan Chase To Produce Records In Tribune Case

JP MORGAN CHASE has been ordered by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court to produce the names and addresses of current TRIBUNE CO. credit agreement debt holders and a list of payments made under that agreement prior to TRIBUNE's bankruptcy filing. The order came on a motion by dissident lenders who oppose TRIBUNE's reorganization plan.
Under the reorganization plan, JPMORGAN CHASE, the administrative agent for the credit agreement, will end up with an ownership stake in TRIBUNE.
