Carrie Underwood Marries Mike Fisher In Georgia Saturday Night

PEOPLE.com is reporting that ARISTA/NASHVILLE star CARRIE UNDERWOOD married OTTAWA SENATORS hockey player MIKE FISHER on SATURDAY night (7/10) at the RITZ-CARLTON LODGE, REYNOLDS PLANTATION resort in GREENSBORO, GA. Around 250 guests attended the ceremony, which featured classical music and the couple’s favorite passages from the BIBLE.

The FISHERS said in a statement following the wedding: “We could not feel more blessed to have found each other and to have shared this day with our friends and family that mean so much to us!”

CARRIE and MIKE have said they “will be little nomads for a while” and they will keep homes in NASHVILLE and PETERBOROUGH, ONTARIO.
