BLACK CROW MEDIA GROUP, which owns 22 radio stations in TENNESSEE, ALABAMA, GEORGIA and FLORIDA, has been given additional time by the presiding judge to complete it's reorganization plan. The company now has until NOVEMBER 8th to file its new plan.
GE CAPITAL, BLACK CROW's lender, had opposed the request.
"Once again, we want to thank the court for its fair ruling," BLACK CROWN CEO/Founder MIKE LINN said. "We intend to enter into the mediation in good faith, as we explore all opportunities to continue to operate our group of radio stations. Our family of 135 employees wants to continue to service their local communities as they have for the last 15 years, and I want to make sure that they have every opportunity to do so."
