HORIZON CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP is selling KYLF/FREEMAN, MO and FM translator K229AU/LEES SUMMIT, MO to CALVARY CHAPEL OF KANSAS CITY for $150,000, and is selling FM translator K274BR/BONNER SPRINGS, KS to CUMULUS MEDIA PARTNERS' SUSQUEHANNA RADIO CORP. for $135,000. K274BR has a construction permit to move from west of KANSAS CITY into the city, move from 102.7 to 102.5 FM, and increase from 77 watts at 249 feet to 250 watts at 1,152 feet, and the application for sale indicates that the translator will rebroadcast KCFX-HD3.
TENNESSEE TEMPLE UNIVERSITY is negotiating to sell noncommercial Religion WDYN/CHATTANOOGA, reports THE CHATTANOOGAN. The online news organization reports that the school, which has not revealed a buyer, is reportedly talking to BIBLE BROADCASTING NETWORK but that no deal has yet been reached.
BALDRIDGE-DUMAS COMMUNICATIONS, INC. has applied for a Silent STA for Country KVCL/WINNFIELD, LA, taking the station silent due to "financial hardship caused by the poor economic conditions currently affecting the state of LOUISIANA."
And the Town of MONROE, CT has applied for a Silent STA for FM translator W220CE/MONROE in order to relocate the facility.
