Rare Elvis Memorabilia Up For Auction; Country Music HOF Spotlights The King

HERITAGE AUCTION GALLERIES is holding an online auction of ELVIS PRESLEY memorabilia beginning AUGUST 14th.
Among the many ELVIS items for sale are the GRACELAND purchase agreement, ELVIS’ 1955 contract with RCA, his white grand piano, costumes and recordings.

Concurrently, the COUNTRY MUSIC HALL OF FAME & MUSEUM will spotlight THE KING in a new exhibit, "Loving You: Collecting ELVIS PRESLEY." The exhibit will unveiled AUGUST 6th, celebrating ELVIS' 75th birth year, and it will run through JANUARY 2011.
Some of the items that will be on display include a MUNSINGWEAR bathrobe and a LORD NELSON wristwatch owned by ELVIS himself. Also featured are collectible items bearing his likeness, including a bronze bust designed by ARMAND LaMONTAGNE, a CHRISTMAS ornament, a bottle of “Always ELVIS” white wine, a porcelain music box and more.
