Clear Channel Takes Translator Back From Trust

CLEAR CHANNEL's AMFM RADIO LICENSES, LLC is taking FM translator W288AB/BRADDOCK HEIGHTS, MD back from the ALOHA STATION TRUST, LLC. The translator, rebroadcasting WFRE/FREDERICK, MD, was placed in the spinoff trust because WFRE was set to be spun off, but ownership of the translator does not violate ownership caps.
In other transactions filed with the FCC, DAVIDSON MEDIA is selling Spanish Hits WVXX-A (SELECTA 1050)/NORFOLK to HINDLIN BROADCASTING, LLC for $600,000. The buyers have been programming the station under a Time Brokerage Agreement since 2005.
LIVING PROOF, INC. is transferring noncommercial KWTH/BARSTOW, CA and FM translator K284AU/CLARK MOUNTAIN, CA to PENFOLD COMMUNICATIONS, INC. or forgiveness of debt.
FLORIDA STATE UNIVERSITY is selling FM translator W233BH/FORT WALTON BEACH, FL to OMNI BROADCASTING, LLC for an undisclosed price.
HORIZON CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP is selling FM translator K223BM/WARREN, AR to PINES BROADCASTING, INC.
And PENNYRILE CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY, INC. is selling FM translator W219CF/MADISONVILLE, KY to HENSON MEDIA OF HENDERSON COUNTY, LLC for $20,000.
