Todd Schnitt Builds His Own Corvette Engine

TODD SCHNITT, syndicated host of both the Top 40 "MJ MORNING SHOW" (as MJ KELLI) and his eponymous afternoon Talk show, is featured by USA TODAY in an article about his participation in GENERAL MOTORS' program, under which he is building his own engine for his CORVETTE ZR1.
SCHNITT went to GM's Performance Build center in WIXOM, MI to take part in the building of his 638-horsepower, supercharged small-block LS9 engine, which will go into his new cyper grey 2011 'VETTE ZR1, his fifth.
"To build my own engine is over the top," SCHNITT told the paper. "When my dealer told me about the option it was like, 'Of course, I'll do it, sign me up!' I can't wait to get there and build my own LS9. It will be the ultimate personalization for my car."
