Performers Announced For ACM Honors

Presenters and performers have been announced for the 4th Annual ACM (ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC) HONORS, to be held SEPTEMBER 20th at the RYMAN AUDITORIUM in NASHVILLE. The event will be hosted by MCA/NASHVILLE artist LEE ANN WOMACK and will recognize the honorees and off-camera winners from the 45th Annual ACM AWARDS, which were held APRIL 18th.
Presenters include KIX BROOKS, LUKE BRYAN, KRIS KRISTOFFERSON and FRANK LIDDELL. Performers scheduled are BUXTON HUGHES, MARY CHAPIN CARPENTER, LARRY & STEVE GATLIN WITH RONNY ROBBINS, MARTINA MCBRIDE, JOHN RICH, KENNY ROGERS, THE SECRET SISTERS, MARTY STUART & HIS FABULOUS SUPERLATIVES and RANDY TRAVIS.
Those being honored include Special Award recipients ROD ESSIG, MARTY ROBBINS, DON SCHLITZ, MEL TILLIS, KEITH URBAN, CINDY WALKER and the film “Crazy Heart” along with winners of the MBI (Musician, Bandleader, Instrumentalist) and Industry categories, which are not presented during the live telecast of the ACM AWARDS.
