FCC Adds Two New Senior Staffers

FCC Chairman JULIUS GENACHOWSKI has appointed NEW YORK Attorney General's Office Special Counsel to the Solicitor General PETER KARANJIA as Deputy General Counsel and BINGHAM MCCUTCHEN LLP attorney TROY TANNER as International Bureau Deputy Chief.
"These exceptional individuals have extensive experience in the private sector and in public service, including here at the FCC," said GENACHOWSKI. "With their help, the agency will promote U.S. world leadership in communications by pursuing policies that catalyze investment in our nation's 21st century infrastructure, unleash innovation, create jobs, protect consumers, and spur competition."
