BBR/NASHVILLE artist JASON ALDEAN donated proceeds from his OCTOBER 15th show in EVANSVILLE, IN to SUSAN G. KOMEN FOR THE CURE as part of his 5th Annual “Concert For The Cure.” The crowd at ROBERTS STADIUM was a sea of pink, with folks wearing the breast cancer awareness color to support the cause. An impressive $132,000 was raised, the most in the event’s five-year history.
ALDEAN said: “We started this in memory of a close friend, and I know she would be proud of how much we were able to donate from the show in EVANSVILLE. I saw a lot of fans in the crowd wearing pink, too, and thanks to them and everyone else that came out, we were able to raise more money than ever before.”
