Pam Tillis Begins Monthly Food Column For Country Weekly

Country artist PAM TILLIS is teaming up with COUNTRY WEEKLY magazine for a new monthly food column called “PAM & Company.” Her first column will be featured in the NOVEMBER 22nd issue, on newsstands now. In the spirit of THANKSGIVING, PAM shares her favorite recipe for sweet potato pie, which can also be found at her food blog at www.nocrockbetty.com.
TILLIS said: “This is my maiden voyage as a columnist, but I think it's going to be great fun. I'm excited to be working with COUNTRY WEEKLY. This column is a fantastic way to connect with the audience. I will be using some of my recipes as well as others I have picked up through the years. But I want to make them accessible for the average person -- keep it down to earth, but still push the envelope a little bit and make it interesting so you don't get bored with cooking. I also want to make the dishes health-conscious. That's very important.”
