COLINA ALTA MINISTRIES, INC. is giving noncommercial KZBV/CARMEL VALLEY, CA to ONE MINISTRIES, INC. as a gift for no consideration.
HORIZON CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP has asked the FCC for extensions of the Silent STAs for KSRD/ST. JOSEPH, MO, K296FI/PIERRE, SD, K291LA/PARSONS, KS, and W262BA/SPENCER, IN, citing its process of "dismantling its network of FM stations and translators," the ongoing sale of the stations, and "inadequate financial resources."
Closings filed with the FCC include RADIO DISNEY's sale of WBWL-A/JACKSONVILLE to STUART EPPERSON's CHESAPEAKE PORTSMOUTH BROADCASTING for $650,000; and FAITH BROADCASTING's sale of W279AT/ROBERTSDALE, AL and W278AP/DAPHNE, AL to GOFORTH MEDIA, INC. for $32,000.
In a deal not yet filed with the FCC, CHARLES CHATELAIN's DELTA MEDIA is buying Classic Country KSLO-A and Classic Hits KOGM (MIX 107.1)/OPELOUSAS, LA from K.S.L.O. BROADCASTING, INC. for $700,000. The seller is headed by CARROLL SMITH.
