The preliminary manslaughter trial against DR. CONRAD MURRAY over the death of MICHAEL JACKSON is underway and the prosecution has brought a parade of witnesses who describe MURRAY's erratic, reckless behavior. Chief among the charges made by the prosecution and witnesses is that JACKSON was already dead before paramedics arrived at his home.
One MICHAEL JACKSON assistant testified that MURRAY called him before 911; a bodyguard testified that MURRAY asked if anyone knew CPR while he was administering to JACKSON; A security guard testified that MURRAY asked him to remove bottles and an IV bag from the bedroom before he called 911; and an EMT estimated that MURRAY must've waited 20 minutes before calling 911 and that JACKSON was dead by the time he arrived.
