Hard rock band MOTLEY CRÜE and LIVE NATION are being sued by RON TOMA for copyright infringement, reports TMZ.COM. TOMA claims that he owns the copyright to the famous "belt buckle photo" .... taken by photographer MICHAEL PINTER back in 1981 and used on the cover of CRUE's album, "Too Fast for Love."
TOMA asserts that CRÜE and LIVE NATION stole the image without permission and used it on signature hoodies being sold on their websites, and asks the judge to block further sales of the merch.
