CLEAR CHANNEL's CAPSTAR TX LLC is taking AC WSNV (SUNNY FM)/SALEM, VA back from the ALOHA STATION TRUST, the trust formed to spin off stations after the company's move to go private. The station is being taken back because the redesignation of three additional stations as home to the ROANOKE-LYNCHBURG market two years ago changed he total number of stations in the market and made CLEAR CHANNEL's ownership of WSNV permissible under FCC ownership caps.
