DR. CONRAD MURRAY faced an arraignment this morning (1/25) on an involuntary manslaughter charge in the death of MICHAEL JACKSON. The hearing, before LOS ANGELES COUNTY Superior Court Judge MICHAEL PASTOR, just wrapped up with a MARCH 28th trial date set. MURRAY pleaded not guilty.
"MICHAEL is not with us today because of an utterly inept, incompetent, reckless doctor, the defendant CONRAD MURRAY," LOS ANGELES COUNTY Deputy District Attorney DAVID WALGREN said.
MURRAY is currently forbidden to use his CALIFORNIA medical license until the trial is completed. He remains free on a $75,000 bond.
