The FCC has made its tentative picks in 18 more groups of mutually exclusive applications for new or modified noncommercial FMs.
Winners include ARCHANGEL COMMUNICATIONS (MOUNT VERNON, AL); ESCHATON FOUNDATION and CALVARY CHAPEL SANTA CRUZ (SANTA CRUZ and SCOTTS VALLEY, CA, respectively, on a shared-time basis); ACADEMY MEDIA, INC. (OURAY, CO); EMMAUS CHRISTIAN HEALING MINISTRIES (BARRINGTON, NH); EASTERN NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY (EAGLE TAIL, NM); LIVING BREAD RADIO, INC.
