Report: Former Boucher Aide To Join FCC

THE HILL is reporting that former Rep. RICK BOUCHER (D-VA) aide AMY LEVINE is joining the FCC to work on spectrum policy issues for Chairman JULIUS GENACHOWSKI.

BOUCHER lost his bid for re-election in NOVEMBER but had drafted a bill to allow the Commission to conduct incentive spectrum auctions, part of GENACHOWSKI's plans to expand available spectrum for mobile broadband.
