The syndicated "BOTH SIDES NOW WITH HUFFINGTON AND MATALIN" has been picked up by ACCESS.1 Talk WWRL-A/NEW YORK and at 10 new CLEAR CHANNEL affiliates, including Talk KPOJ-A/PORTLAND, Talk KKZN-A/DENVER and Talk WHJJ-A/PROVIDENCE.
CLEAR CHANNEL VP/News-Talk Operations DARRYL PARKS said that the show "represents a departure from traditional News-Talk product, which is dominated across the country by male voices. As recognized leaders in political and social commentary, MARY and ARIANNA together make BOTH SIDES NOW compelling radio and a must-listen occasion each weekend."
Creator and host MARK GREEN added, "Reflecting the new bi-partisan co-governance Washington, BOTH SIDES NOW has grown from 16 stations in MAY to 104 stations today. This geometric growth is the result of their entertaining exchanges and being the only '2 sides/2 women' national radio talk program around."
The show is distributed by MEDIA MANAGEMENT GROUP and BUSINESS TALK RADIO NETWORK/LIFESTYLE TALK RADIO NETWORK and is produced by The Green Group. Co-host ARIANNA HUFFINGTON was in the headlines this week for selling her HUFFINGTON POST website to AOL for $315 million and assuming control of AOL's content division as President/CEO.
