The BALTIMORE ORIOLES have changed flagship stations, but they're staying put in WASHINGTON, where RED ZEBRA BROADCASTING and the O'S have inked a two-year deal for Sports WTEM-A (ESPN 980) and Sports WSPZ-A (SPORTSTALK 570: POWERED BY ESPN)/WASHINGTON to continue as the D.C. affiliate of the ORIOLES.
