A&M/Octone Signs Miss Willie Brown As Its First Country Act

A&M/OCTONE RECORDS announces the signing of their first Country act, new female duo MISS WILLIE BROWN. The duo is comprised of WEST VIRGINIA native AMANDA WATKINS and TEXAS native KASEY BUCKLEY, who met waiting tables at a BBQ joint and instantly bonded over a deep love of songwriting and Country music.

MISS WILLIE BROWN is currently in the studio working on their first major label EP with award winning producer KEITH STEGALL, who has worked with artists like ZAC BROWN BAND, ALAN JACKSON and GEORGE STRAIT. They will also hit the road with CAPITOL/NASHVILLE artist DIERKS BENTLEY and COLUMBIA NASHVILLE’s JOSH THOMPSON on the 2011 JAGERMEISTER COUNTRY TOUR, which begins MARCH 17th.
