Music Industry To Turn Out For Celebrity Fight

The CHARLEY FOUNDATION, a NASHVILLE organization that provides assistance to disabled and underprivileged children served by medical, recreational and care groups throughout MIDDLE TENNESSEE, is presenting “Ringside: A Fight for Kids,” on FRIDAY, MARCH 11th at LIBERTY HALL at the FACTORY in FRANKLIN, TN. The event starts at 6:30p (CT).
The Black Tie Dinner Party and Boxing event is now celebrating its 7th year, features a night of gourmet dining, live music performances by national artists, surprise celebrity guests and an exciting live auction featuring one-of-a-kind items.
Some of the celebrities to be on hand include CLEAR CHANNEL Country WSIX (THE BIG 98)/NASHVILLE morning personality BILLY GREENWOOD as “master of ceremonies,’ and BLAIR GARNER of PREMIERE RADIO’s ‘AFTER MIDNITE WITH BLAIR GARNER,” will be ‘ring announcer.’ Celebrity boxer will be former world champion JOE FRAZIER.

The night before the CHARLEY FOUNDATION event (MARCH 10th), FRAZIER will be at the COUNTRY MUSIC HALL OF FAME’s FORD THEATRE for a special screening of the film, “The FIGHT OF THE CENTURY,” which re-counts the famous fight from 40 years ago where FRAZIER fought MUHAMMAD ALI at MADISON SQUARE GARDEN.
