FCC Rejects Challenges To New Washington State AM

The battle over the construction of new AM towers in the SNOHOMISH RIVER VALLEY of WASHINGTON has led to the FCC rejecting local environmentalists' challenges to the application of CAAM PARTNERSHIP, LLC for a new AM station at SNOHOMISH, WA.
The new station is co-located with S-R BROADCASTING Sports KRKO-A/EVERETT, WA but will require two additional towers to be constructed in the flood plain. Several objections to the plans were filed, including by some of the same parties that opposed KRKO's towers.
