Partners TRENT L. COGGINS and SCOTT MATHESON are buying out SAMUEL F. GRENEKER's 33.3% share of SMALLTOWN BROADCASTING, LLC, licensee of Talk WDDQ (TALK 92.1)/ADEL, GA, Talk WJHC (TALK 107.5)/JASPER, FL, and Sports WJEM-A and W241BG (THE JOCK)/VALDOSTA, GA, for $75,000.
In other filings with the FCC, ONE MINISTRIES, INC. is transferring the construction permit for a new noncommercial FM at JUNEAU, AK to the UNIVERSITY OF ALASKA as part of a settlement that has the college dismissing its application for a new FM at COLLEGE, AK to allow ONE MINISTRIES' proposed new FM at FAIRBANKS to go through.
