In other FCC filings, FINE ARTS RADIO, INC. is selling presently-silent FM translator W247AP/ATHENS, OH to WATH, INC. for $400. The translator will rebroadcast Classic Hits WATH-A/ATHENS, OH once it is moved to a new site.
A stock deal involving the principals of the parent companies of KOMC-KRZK, LLC, licensee of Southern Gospel KOMC-A and Country KRZK/BRANSON, MO and Adult Standards KOMC-F/KIMBERLING CITY, MO, and KHOZ, LLC, licensee of Adult Standards KHOZ-A and Country KHOZ-F/HARRISON, AR, will result in CHARLES C.
