Florida FM Sells For $200,000

NATURE COAST BROADCASTING, INC, debtor-in-possession, is selling silent WOGF/INGLIS, FL to CITRUS COUNTY ASSOCIATION FOR RETARDED CITIZENS, INC. for $200,000 plus an LMA before closing.
In other filings with the FCC, TERRY HOLZMANN is buying additional shares of RADIO PLUS OF FOND DU LAC, INC., licensee of AC WFDL-F (SUNNY 107.7)/LOMIRA, WI, from partner CHRISTOPHER A. BERNIER under a stock purchase and option agreement from 2006. HOLZMANN bought 13,400 shares for $497,199.28, with BERNIER holding 25,000 shares and THOMAS J. BIOLO retaining 5,000 shares; HOLZMANN held options to buy 10,000 additional shares for $368,478 and 10,465 additional shares for 4 times the gross collected cash receipts for the year prior to the exercise of the option. Under the present filing, HOLZMANN goes from owning 43.15% to 50.46% of the company, with BERNIER going from 46.06% to 36.92% and BIOLO from 10.53% to 12.31%.
ALEXANDRA COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling FM translator K280BI to ROSELIA TIJERINA for $12,720.
Requesting an extension of Silent STAs were PACIFIC BROADCASTING OF MISSOURI, LLC (KTKY/REFUGIO, TX); CROSSFIRE INCORPORATED (W250AX/LA CROSSE, WI); and RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY, INC. (W239AP/MOBILE, AL).
Closing were BIG ISLAND BROADCASTING's sale of KRYL/HAIKU, MAUI, HI to HOCHMAN HAWAII FIVE, INC. for $450,000 and WILLOW FARM, INC.'s sale of WNSH-A/BEVERLY, MA to COSTA-EAGLE RADIO VENTURES L.P. for $400,000.
And the portion of the big three-way Classical deal in SAN FRANCISCO that saw KNDL/ANGWIN, CA and translators K209AI/EUREKA, CA and K223AJ/UKIAH, CA from HOWELL MOUNTAIN BROADCASTING CO. to USC's CLASSICAL PUBLIC RADIO, LLC for $2.725 million has closed. KALIL AND CO. served as exclusive broker for the transaction. The deal was part of the shuffle that moved the Classical format of ENTERCOM's KDFC/SAN FRANCISCO to crosstown noncommercial KUSF, which was bought by CLASSICAL PUBLIC RADIO.
