TOM LEYKIS has put $50,000 of his own money towards the reward for information leading to the arrest of the two men responsible for beating a SAN FRANCISCO GIANTS fan into a coma in the DODGER STADIUM parking lot on opening day.
The former WESTWOOD ONE syndicated talker's donation is double that of the DODGERS themselves. Added to the $50,000 offered by the LOS ANGELES city council, $10,000 from LOS ANGELES COUNTY Supervisor MIKE ANTONOVICH, $5,000 from victim BRYAN STOW's employer AMERICAN MEDIAL RESPONSE, and $10,000 from the GIANTS, the reward total has reached $150,000. Police have no announced leads so far in the unprovoked attack, which raised questions about security at DODGERS games and the team's inaction regarding the increasingly rough atmosphere at the stadium in recent years.
