BIG MACHINE group RASCAL FLATTS are being sued by their longtime managers, as reported by the COURTROOM NEWS SERVICE. The management company, TURNER NICHOLS, is seeking 15 percent of RASCAL FLATTS’ upcoming tour, which they say they negotiated.
A statement released from RASCAL FLATTS said, “We are disappointed they have chosen to file as we had hoped to address these issues privately, however we hope that this can be resolved amicably.”
The band parted ways with TURNER NICHOLS in FEBRUARY and TURNER NICHOLS says they are owed commission until JUNE 2013. They are also asking for payment for TV appearances and DVDs that they negotiated.
