Citadel Revenues Down Slightly In Q1

In a missive to the SEC, CITADEL BROADCASTING offered a preview of its Q1 financial's. Net revenues for the first three months of 2011 for its Radio Markets will be in the neighborhood of $135-$137.5 million. That's down from 2010's Q1 of $138.1 million.
What's more, Q1 net revenues for CITADEL MEDIA (which produces and distributes syndicated programming as the "Radio Network") will end up somewhere between $24.5 million and $25.1 million. Radio Network net revenues for Q1 2010 was $28.1 million.
Combining the two, net revenues for Q1 were $158.4-161.6 million, down from $165 million a year ago.
