'Dream Doctor' Charles McPhee Dies After Battle With ALS

Condolences to family and friends of CHARLES MCPHEE, the expert on dream interpretation who hosted the syndicated radio show "THE DREAM DOCTOR." MCPHEE died MAY 8th after a battle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (LOU GEHRIG's disease) in WOODLAND HILLS, CA at 49, according to the WASHINGTON POST.
MCPHEE, a PRINCETON graduate who became an expert on sleep disorders and worked at the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF MENTAL HEALTH and CEDARS-SINAI MEDICAL CENTER, ended his show on OCTOBER 21, 2006 after disclosing that AUGUST that he was diagnosed with ALS. The show was distributed by GEORGE OLIVA's SPRINGHILL SYNDICATION.
