Entercom Shareholders OK 3-Year Reviews Of Executive Compensation

ENTERCOM COMMUNICATIONS CO. shareholders approved the company's executive equity compensation plan at its meeting TUESDAY (5/17), and also approved future "advisory votes on executive compensation" every three years. The voters picked a three-year frequency for the votes by a wide margin, with over 75 million shares cast for the three-year plan as opposed to almost 11 million for one year and just 8,090 for two years.
In addition, DAVID J. BERKMAN and DANIEL E. GOLD were elected as Class A directors for one-year terms and JOSEPH M. FIELD, DAVID J. FIELD, JOHN C. DONLEVIE, ROBERT S. WIESENTHAL and MICHAEL J. WOLF were elected as directors for one-year terms, and PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS LLP was ratified as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for 2011.
