BRANDON HEATH and JASON INGRAM will host their annual "LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR" benefit concert on TUESDAY, MAY 24th at 7p (CT) at FELLOWSHIP BIBLE CHURCH in BRENTWOOD, TN. The fourth annual concert will benefit victims of last month's tornadoes in ALABAMA and will feature performances by HEATH, INGRAM, KARI JOBE and CHRIS AUGUST. There will also be a surprise special guest.
"It was this time last year that NASHVILLE experienced the devastating effects of flood waters that ravaged our homes, churches and businesses. Our neighbors to the south are now in similar turmoil and it’s my hope that we can offer them the love and support we experienced from our local community," said HEATH.
In 2008, the event raised $20,000 for NASHVILLE area tornado victims. In 2009, the event slogan to “SAVE DAVID'S EYES” collected donations to cover the total cost of a critical eye surgery to prevent blindness of a local CENTENNIAL HIGH SCHOOL student who had recently lost his father and the family’s health insurance coverage. Last year, the benefit collected more than $61,000 for EL SHADDAI CHURCH in SOUTH NASHVILLE that was severely damaged by flooding.
