Kevin Gage Named EVP/CTO At NAB

KEVIN GAGE has been named EVP and Chief Technology Officer at the NAB. GAGE, who will start at the organization TUESDAY (5/31), has worked at WARNER BROS., where he helped develop the DVD standard and served as head technologist at WARNER MUSIC GROUP, and at NBC UNIVERSAL, where he worked on online TV projects.
"We are delighted to have KEVIN joining NAB as our new chief technology officer," said NAB President and CEO GORDON SMITH. "NAB cast a wide net in our CTO search, and we're convinced that KEVIN's experience in bringing game-changing digital technologies to market will serve all broadcasters very well."
