NEW LIFE EVANGELISTIC CENTER, INC. is selling Religion KMRF-A/MARSHFIELD, MO to SOUTHWEST RADIO GROUP, INC. for $350,000.
In other filings with the FCC, the paperwork has been filed for the transfer of Sports KFXN-A (SCORE 690)/MINNEAPOLIS from CLEAR CHANNEL's AMFM BROADCASTING LICENSES, LLC to the MINORITY MEDIA AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS COUNCIL's MMTC BROADCASTING LLC as part of the MMTC-CLEAR CHANNEL Ownership Diversity Initiative. The donation was announced in JULY 2010 and the deal was memorialized by letter agreement in SEPTEMBER, but the filing was delayed until now.
MANSFIELD CHRISTIAN SCHOOL is requesting a Silent STA at WSHB/WILLARD, OH due to transmitter damage, with the licensee adding that "finances are an issue and will push repair further into the future."
PAPPAS RADIO OF MODESTO, LLC has requested an extension of its Silent STA for KMPH-A/MODESTO, CA due to "severe financial difficulties."

And CHERRY CREEK RADIO's CCR-BRAWLEY IV, LLC has requested an extension of the SANTEE, CA booster for its SAN DIEGO move-in KSIQ/CAMPO, CA while it awaits a crew to build a replacement for the booster under an STA at another site. The booster, at SAN DIEGO's MOUNT SAN MIGUEL antenna farm, went silent on OCTOBER 22nd; the STA is for higher power a site four miles west of the original site.
