WMAD Raises Funds For Tornado Relief At StarFest Concert

At CLEAR CHANNEL Country WMAD/MADISON’s STARFEST CONCERT on THURSDAY, MAY 26th the station sold commemorative T-Shirts to benefit AMERICAN RED CROSS TORNADO RELIEF. A total donation of $1,360 was raised to help victims of recent tornados across the USA.
The free concert at the CRYSTAL GRAND THEATER in WISCONSIN DELLS, WI drew a crowd of approximately 1800 fans and featured performances by WISCONSIN NATIVE JOSH THOMPSON, THOMPSON SQUARE, ASHTON SHEPHERD, THE DIRT DRIFTERS and TROY OLSEN. Fans paid $10 for each shirt with 100% of proceeds going toward AMERICAN RED CROSS TORNADO RELIEF.
