Harvard Law Professor Jonathan Zittrain Named FCC Distinguished Scholar

FCC Chairman JULIUS GENACHOWSKI has appointed HARVARD LAW SCHOOL and KENNEDY SCHOOL OF GOVERNMENT Professor JONATHAN ZITTRAIN as Distinguished Scholar, based in the Office of Strategic Planning & Policy Analysis. ZITTRAIN succeeds DUKE UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF LAW Professor STUART BENJAMIN.
GENACHOWSKI said, "I am thrilled to welcome Professor ZITTRAIN, one of the world's leading strategic thinkers on communications policy in the 21st century.
