BIG FISH BROADCASTING has been fined $7,000 for antenna lighting violations at towers in GREENWOOD and CHAPPELLS, SC (the latter of which has since been sold).
Electricity to the antenna structures was cut off, but the outages were not reported to the FAA as required until an FCC agent notified the company's owner/president, but outages were observed after notification. The fine was originally proposed at $20,000 but was reduced due to inability to pay.
