Singer-songwriter MARSHALL CRENSHAW is set to debut a new weekly show on FORDHAM UNIVERSITY Triple A WFUV/NEW YORK. Called "The Bottomless Pit," the hour-long show features music from CRENSHAW's own record collection and his tales about his 30 years as a recording artist.
"The Bottomless Pit" will air SATURDAY NIGHTS from 10-11p, right after VIN SCELSA's "Idiot's Delight." It begins on JUNE 18th.
"MARSHALL CRENSHAW has such diverse musical taste and is so engaging on the air, both qualities that the WFUV audience really appreciates. We thought his show would be a perfect fit for WFUV," said WFUV's CHUCK SINGLETON, who on JULY 1st assumes the role of Interim General Manager. "I have a feeling he'll be introducing our listeners to a lot of music they'll want to know about."
