A shakeup in concert-land could be in the works as, "LIVE NATION ENTERTAINMENT's IRVING AZOFF and the company's biggest shareholder, LIBERTY MEDIA boss JOHN MALONE, are considering taking the concert powerhouse private just 18 months after LIVE NATION merged with TICKETMASTER," reports THE NEW YORK POST.
"Yes, they've had discussions, but it's more of a strategy that is being contemplated," a source told THE POST. "Nothing is imminent."
The reports claims funding for a deal could come from THOMAS H. LEE PARTNERS, which jas a good relationship with AZOFF.
