SOUTH CENTRAL OKLAHOMA CHRISTIAN BROADCASTING INC. is selling the construction permit for new noncommercial FM KNHU/HUMBOLDT, NE to VIC MICHAEL's CEDAR COVE BROADCASTING, INC. for $35,000.
In another filing with the FCC, WIRELESS FIDELITY OF NORTH AMERICA INC. is selling the construction permit for new WGUY-A/VEAZIE, ME to INNOVATIVE ADVERTISING CONSULTANTS INC. for $44,000 in a note.
And the Commission deleted the construction permit held by CENTRO DE INTERCESION Y ADORACION INTERNACIONAL, INC. for noncommercial KYPI-F/PIERCE, CA. In a JUNE 6th letter from Media Bureau Assistant Chief SUSAN N. CRAWFORD, the Commission ruled that an application to cover for the station was unacceptable for filing due to missing required information and that the defective filing did not prevent the permit from expiring on MAY 9th.

JAY BUNYARD's HOG RADIO INC. has announced the purchase of Country KLYR-A-F/CLARKSVILLE, AR from RANDALL FORRESTER for $220,000. The deal, not yet in the FCC database, was bokered by MIKE LYTLE and BILL WHITLEY of MEDIA SERVICES GROUP.
WHJX Sale Closes
SCOTT SAVAGE, receiver for TAMA BROADCASTING, has closed on the sale of Talk WHJX (RADIO FREE JACKSONVILLE)/BALDWIN, FL-JACKSONVILLE to WEST JACKSONVILLE BAPTIST CHURCH, INC. for $1 million. EDDIE ESSERMAN of MEDIA SERVICES GROUP represented the buyer in the transaction.
