INDEPENDENCE MEDIA's IM IN LICENSES, LLC is selling Talk-Sports WNUY (FM 100 TALKS)/BLUFFTON-FORT WAYNE, IN to BOTT COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $275,000 plus an LMA before closing.
In other filings with the FCC, VOICE BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Talk KRCM-A/SHENANDOAH, TX to DAIJ MEDIA, LLC for $575,000.
WPGS, INC. is selling Country WPGS-A/MIMS, FL to CARIBBEAN BROADCASTING LLC for $220,000 plus a time brokerage agreement before closing.
WVKX-FM RADIO, LLC is selling Gospel WXKO-A/FORT VALLEY, GA to SUN BROADCASTING, INC. for $40,000 plus an LMA before closing.
CENTRO CRISTIANO VIDA ABUNDANTE, INC. is selling Silent KORL-A/HONOLULU to JAMES L. PRIMM for $37,000. The seller acquired the station from HOCHMAN-MCCAIN HAWAII in SEPTEMBER 2009 for $350,000 ($50,000 cash and the rest considered a donation).
BIBLE BROADCASTING NETWORK, INC. is selling FM translator W201BD/CAMBRIDGE, OH to AVC COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $27,500.
COLOMA BROADCASTING LLC is selling COLOMA MOJAVE, LLC, licensee of Regional Mexican KCEL (RADIO LAZER 96.1)/MOJAVE, CA, to JOHN HEARNE's POINT BROADCASTING COMPANY for appraised fair market value less outstanding principal of the buyer's loan to the seller, multiplied by 5%. The buyer, through HIGH DESERT BROADCASTING CO., has been operating the station under an LMA since 2008.
EDUCATIONAL PUBLIC RADIO, INC. is donating the construction permit for WAZQ/ISLAMORADA, FL to ONE MINISTRIES, INC. with the intention that if the permit is resold, the donor will be given half the proceeds.
And TYLERTOWN BROADCASTING CO., INC. has applied for a Silent STA for WTYL/TYLERTOWN, MS due to technical problems.

BRADEN's RADIO STATIONS WPAY/WPFB, INC. has closed on the sale of Classic Country WPFB-A and Country WPFB-F (REBEL 105.9 FM)/MIDDLETOWN, OH and Country WPAY (POWER COUNTRY 104)/PORTSMOUTH, OH to NORTHERN KENTUCKY UNIVERSITY for $6.75 million. PATRICK COMMUNUCATIONS' GREG GUY represented the seller and PUBLIC RADIO CAPITAL represented the buyer in the deal.
