Ellen K Gets Starred!

THE WALK OF FAME COMMITTEE of THE HOLLYWOOD CHAMBER OF COMMERCE has announced that a new group of entertainment professionals in Motion Pictures, Television, Radio and Music have been selected to receive stars on the HOLLYWOOD WALK OF FAME! And Radio's only recipient is (drumroll, please ... ) KIIS-FM's ELLEN K!

ELLEN told ALL ACCESS, "This has been an amazing day. RYAN ran out and got cookies and champagne and have been hearing from the world. This is a terrific honor and I'm so thrilled and in shock. It makes me think about the first days in radio and all of those who I've worked with -- thinking about my entire career flashing before my eyes. It was just yesterday I was doing overnights at an AM radio in COLUMBUS, IN.

"I work with the best with RYAN and JOHN IVEY and GREG ASHLOCK and I'm blessed to feel that way. Thanks to them for all they do to support me every day."

ELLEN, who co-hosts morning with RYAN SEACREST, is in amazing company to receive her award this year.

In music, the honor goes to: PEPE AGUILAR, AMERICA, BOYZ II MEN, HAL DAVID, DAVID FOSTER, VINCE GILL, JENNIFER LOPEZ, ANN and NANCY WILSON (HEART) and BARRY WHITE (posthumously)

For TV it's VALERIE BERTINELLI, MATT GROENING, MARISKA HARGITAY, PATRICIA HEATON, MARG HELGENBERGER, WALTER KOENIG, and ADAM WEST

And in the movies it's JENNIFER ANISTON, VIN DIESEL, SCARLETT JOHANSSON, JOHN LASSETER, MALCOLM MCDOWELL, SUMNER REDSTONE, KATE WINSLET and RICHARD BURTON (posthumously).
